  1. Everyone has a different definition of "inexpensive." Also there are a few posts regarding VA Beach restaurants:

    1. Mojito's cafe at the oceanfront has really good food, not fancy, http://www.mojitocafevab.com/
Tautogs, very casual place to get fresh seafood, http://www.tautogs.com/center.cfm
Big Sams is a very casual place for fresh seafood with great happy hours deals. Get there early. http://www.bigsamsrawbar.com/
Gringo’s is very casual great shrimp tacos. The place is very small but turnover is usually very quick, limited menu but what they do have is always good. http://www.gringosvab.com/index.html

I think the above would all qualify as inexpensive.

I will add Pelon's Baja Grill for fish tacos/guac and Doc Taylor's for breakfast. Yum!
