Help! Seeking a Bruins game in the woods!

Hubby and I are camping at the base of Mt. Washington (near wildcat) this weekend but we are avid Bruins fans. Is there any decent dive that we are able to catch the game this Friday night? We thought the sports bar (if it still exists. did it ever?) at the Mt. Washington Hotel may work although I am not sure that they will be able to handle our shenanigans.

  1. Wow. You guys need to get out more. I had to go to Facebook because no one replied here. So thanks to you, I found out where I am going to watch the game and get some grub. The answers are 1) Red Parka Pub in Glen and 2) Red Fox in Jackson.

I asked about a place around Manchester to watch the Bruins game, and didn't get any replies either!

The foodie sports fan is a rare and elusive creature. Cruelly split between two seemingly contradictory forces, he does not allow himself to intermix his worlds for fear of the scorn of the members of the opposing tribes.

I just don't like the Bruins.

But really, no I don't go out to watch sports, can't find my teams on tv around here for one thing. I've never gone out to a bar up north, but if you are in Nashua, go to the Garden at least for their incredible beer selection!

Elctrnc, what did you end up finding in Manchester?

Ended up at the Holy Grail in Epping, which we have been to in the past. Close to home and while the food isn't anything to write home about, they have a really good beer selection--especially what's on draft.

          You must be right, obraustin!
