Italian inspired: Zero Zero has a fried chicken thigh appetizer
Taiwanese: Taste of Formosa has a fried chicken appetizer with fried basil
Japanese: Tanuki makes their teriyaki chicken with fried chicken
Chicken-fried steak: tie between Pork Store Cafe and Toast

And last-meal greatness: PPQ Dungeness Island does a garlic pepper chicken wings

Yes, fried chicken at Pacific Court Cafe is excellent. If you ask nicely you can order it for breakfast too.

Little Skillet has the same fine fried chicken and waffles as parent resto Farmer Brown but without the same icky neighborhood and service as Farmer Brown :)
