      1. this is like a burrito discussion... everyone has their favorites... these are mine:

American fried chicken: Hard Knox on Clement
Italian inspired: Zero Zero has a fried chicken thigh appetizer
Taiwanese: Taste of Formosa has a fried chicken appetizer with fried basil
Japanese: Tanuki makes their teriyaki chicken with fried chicken
Chicken-fried steak: tie between Pork Store Cafe and Toast

And last-meal greatness: PPQ Dungeness Island does a garlic pepper chicken wings

Yes, fried chicken at Pacific Court Cafe is excellent. If you ask nicely you can order it for breakfast too.

The fried chicken at Pacific Court Cafe is half a chicken, cut in pieces, fried to perfection - hot, crisp and juicy. What could be better?

Thank you, is it only offered certain days of the week? Lunch and dinner?

We had the fried chicken at dinner last night and it's on the printed menu; available at both lunch and dinner.
The Prime Rib is a good value for $18.95
On the Specials board: beef tongue with pork chop/lamb chop or fish fillet.
Dessert of jello with a scoop of ice cream makes you feel like a happy six-year old again.

            2. Little Skillet has the same fine fried chicken and waffles as parent resto Farmer Brown but without the same icky neighborhood and service as Farmer Brown :)
