Looking for caterer or private chef for dinner party in South Bay

Hi,
I am looking for someone to cater a small dinner party for my husband's 40th
birthday. Would like to use a catering company or a private chef that comes to
the house. Even better if they can create a tasting menu with a wine tasting to
go with it.

We are in the South Bay.

Any recommendations?

How big is small? Because most chef driven restaurants have catering services. I've been to parties that were catered by Melisse, Alain Giraud and other L.A. notables. Pick your favorite restaurant and give them a call.
