Which restaurant or bakery has the best carrot cake in Kansas City?

I like Bloomsbury Bistro's... it's sliced and coated with a brown sugar crust of some sort and pan-fried on either side, and then has a pineapple and cream cheese filling in the middle of two slices. It's delicious!
