Vegas with 20 yr olds

We are spending a couple of nights in Vegas with our kids 19-21. We are in the biz and the kids are well traveled. We aren't looking for fine dining or for theme type restaurants. Something fun with good food and a cool atmosphere. We are taking them to a show at Caesars on Saturday night and Mandalay on sunday so somewhere close by would be great. Any suggestions?

At Mandalay Bay I would really recommend Border Grille. They have really solid Mexican food that has not been Americanized, the prices aren't bad and they offer outdoor seating which is perfect for this time of year. Also at Mandalay Bay is Burger Bar which is solid, but it tends to get really crowded and I don't think the food is as good as Border Grille.

P.J. Clarke's in the Caesar's Forum, and Border Grill at Mandalay

I second Burger Bar at Mandalay. Also another great idea for Mandalay is the Rick's Tasting Game ice cream platter at rm seafood. If you don't want to have a full meal at rm seafood, as it's a little fancy and expensive, you can just go to the lounge and have drinks and dessert, namely the Tasting Game which are smallish scoops of 16 flavors of ice cream/sorbet where you have to guess the flavors. It's not as cheesy as it sounds and is really fun/delicious and not too expensive.
