Game in the Black Hills

Traveling to the Black Hills for the long weekend. Where are good places for dinner that serve game (bison, elk, pheasant, etc.)? Price and style are not issues, but I'd like to avoid burgers if possible and I don't want to dress up.

here i am almost two months later ready to pose the same question, but i see the dearth of answers it brought. might i inquire whether you discovered any places worth visiting during your trip to the black hills?

It's been a few years, but they have the same food concession. It was good, but not the best meal of my life. There are very few other choices around. If you are driving there from the East, I can give you a couple of good steak recommendations.
