Backyard Pig Roast

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with a catering company that does whole hog on the spit?

I am in Monmouth County and want to plan a party this summer.

        So does Mo Greens Roast House BBQ. Not sure if they'll do a whole pig, though. You could always call and ask.
