Hong Kong style cafe in Torrance/South Bay?

Hi everyone, I've been searching and searching, and I'm hoping that what I'm looking for actually exists! Is there a Hong Kong style cafe (港式西餐) in the Torrance or South Bay area (Redondo Beach, Gardena, Lomita, etc.)? It's something I grew up with in SGV, and since moving out to the west side, the closest thing I've come across to that is Little Hong Kong Cafe in West LA (a little too far).

I know HK cafe food is divided between Chinese food (rice noodles, chow fun), and the Western food (baked pork chop over rice, chicken a la king), and I'll be happy if there are restaurants here that does a good job in either category!

Any suggestions? Thank you!

I'm thinking you're out of luck. The only south bay Chinese restaurants I can think of that could remotely be described as cafes are Taiwanese--Peter's Place and Sue's Kitchen, both on Crenshaw. There used to be a couple of cafes on South Street in Artesia, but I'm guessing they're out of business. H.K. style cafes are not particularly common outside of the SGV. I think there's only one in Chinatown and if you go to the Bay Area or New York, they're fairly scattered.
