ISO recommendations for dinner with a baby - KOP/VF area

We're doing a "stay-cation" this weekend, heading from south Jersey to the KOP/Valley Forge area. I'd love some recommendations for dinner Friday night. Nothing too fancy, as our 10-month-old is in the "look, I can throw my food on the floor!" stage, and we'll need to dine on the earlier side to get him back to the hotel (Embassy Suites on Chesterbrook Blvd) in time for bed. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Traffic was worse than expected, so we just grabbed dinner at Maggiano's by the KOP mall... nothing fancy. We had really good pancakes Sat AM at the Paoli Diner.

If you go early, Theresa's in Wayne is used to kids at the first seating. You'd probably be done by the time the serious diners arrive around 7.

If you like indian food there are a few indian buffets in the area including chinaar,desi village and taste of india in the same plaza as Kabab Cafe.
In the mall itself Rock Bottom Brewery is a brewpub with a laid back atmosphere., though I am not sure I would want to bring a child in there in the evening, definitely ok for lunch. You have a few chains like Maggianos, Bahama Breeze California Pizza Kitchen and Seasons 52 that you could consider as well.

Wild Rice is an adequate chinese/japanese restaurant. In the same shopping center is Michaels Deli.. adequate deli.. but definitely family friendly.

Short drive to Norristown for authentic Mexican - Taqueria Michoacana .
