Recommendations for Asheville this Sat. night- authentic, funky?

My husband and I are going to be staying in Black Mtn. this Sat. night, and I want to make reservations somewhere in the area for dinner (Asheville probably, we're willing to drive a bit). I've done some research on Trip Advisor, and am thinking about something like Fig, The Corner Kitchen, or Bistro 1896. However, I thought I'd see if we could get some suggestions for somewhere that is maybe a little funkier/not stiff/possibly with outdoor seating, but with yummy food. We eat pretty much everything, although I lean towards mainly fish and a little pork (not beef/chicken) but my husband eats all meats.

Suggestions? Would probably like to stay under $100 for sharing an appetizer & dessert, 2 entrees, maybe a glass of wine each?

My top three choices are The Admiral, The Admiral, and The Admiral.

Admiral is great though if you want to be downtown, I would check out Zambra.

The Admiral. There's lots of info floating around here about it if you want to get additional feedback. You actually might have issues getting a reservation for this Saturday, though.

I was just going to recommend the Admiral as well. I seem to recall that if no reservations are available, you can sit at the bar, first come first served.
