  1. Where have you had them in the Twin Cities?

Maria's serves Huevos Pericos - a Columbia version perhaps?

    1. I eat them at Hell's Kitchen, but I am sure they are not authentic. Just delicious.

      1. The best Huevos I've had is at San Pedro Cafe in Hudson, WI. While Hudson is technically not the Twin Cities, it's worth the 25-30 min drive. Their stock huevos comes w/o meat but if you tell the waiter you want the "super huevos" (not on the menu), they will pile on their delicious chorizo which puts it over the top. SPC serves breakfast on the weekends till 11am (Sat) and Sunday till 1pm.

        1. Moose & Sadies. The best.

I've never had them, but some of our friends rave about Moose & Sadie's Huevos Rancheros as well so I'd give them a +1.

          2. I second the Hell's Kitchen rec. I have no idea if they're "authentic," either, but I know they're delicious and one of the best things at HK.
