Dark Chocolate at Fastachi, Watertown?

Does anyone know what brand dark chocolate they use to make their barks and covered nuts at this spot? and what % it is? Thanks much.

Just happened to see this...it is EH Chocolates from Somerville...sold also at Formaggio. I like what I have tried quite a bit.

hmmm. well, the only choco covered nuts (aside from peanuts) that they have- are made elsewhere, Copper something, and are pistachios. unknown %. So maybe it's the bittersweet 72% bark that they use the EH chocolate for.If so, good for them! but i was hoping to find dark choco 72%-covered hazelnuts.Will have to try those pistachios.

Actually, although they sell EH chocolates at Fastachi, (and they are melt in your mouth smooth...), their chocolate isn't the one that Susan uses to make her barks....I checked. And I was forced to try the EH chocolates, just to make sure...;)

Are you sure? I asked at Fastachi and was told their chocolate came from EH period....

Yep, positive, from Susan, the owner, who mixes it up...They sell EH-made chocolates, among others, but that's not what they use for the barks....
