Help me decide!

I will be in New Orleans for 6 days = 5 dinners. Going to places I have not gone to before!

Arriving early on Sunday I can wonder away from the CBD where I am staying but the other 4 dinners need to be in the French Quarter/CBD area. Have slotted Commander's Palace for that day.

Here are some places I am considering - if you could go to any 4 of these where would you go and what would you have?

Cochons
Coops
Deanies
K-Pauls
MiLA

Cochon
930 Tchoupitoulas St., New Orleans, LA 70130

Commander's Palace Restaurant
1403 Washington Ave, New Orleans, LA 70130

Deanie's Restaurant
7350 Hayne Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70126

Some of the places on your list are places I haven't tried either. But, I would do Cochon. Get the boudin appetizer and pork cheeks if they have them. Also, get dessert. I've found the desserts here to be some of the most impressive in New Orleans!

As for Coop's, I'd tend to go more for lunch than dinner, but it is tasty for dive bar-y jambalaya and such. It's fun if you want a super casual taste of New Orleans.

Good list. There is Le Foret in the CBD and Feast in the warehouse district.

Venture uptown/ garden district for some new places such as:

            Upperline
            Cafe Atchafalaya
            Lillete
            Coquette
            Clancy's
            Gautreau's
            Pascal's
            Cassamento's
            Vizzard's

1413 Upperline St, New Orleans, LA

Keep Cochon, K-Paul's and MiLa. Ditch Deanie's. Any reason Coop's on the list? Nothing against it but I could think of, oh, about 15 places I'd eat ahead of it.
