your favorite restaurants by the hermosa beach playhouse?

Hi Chowhounds,

I'm going to be a grown up and go see a play in a couple weeks at the Hermosa beach playhouse. I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations for great foodie places - doesn't have to be fancy - just tasty. Even better if its walking distance from the theatre!

Well, Brogino's is tasty and has big portions (my kind of place) and is walkable to and from the playhouse IIRC.

Mama D's for Italian is tasty. They have a location in Hermosa Beach. Not sure where the playhouse is but how big of a city is Hermosa.
