Kid friendly restaurant in downtown SF?

I'm looking for a good restaurant in downtown SF that is not too expensive, has high chairs, and will have enough room for two babies. I know it's a tall order! But hopefully there is at least one out there. And by downtown, I mean I'd prefer financial district or close to the Bay Bridge. But I guess anywhere that would be easy to get from 101 would be okay.

Delancey Street has easy parking (and inexpensive valet), solid American food, and is welcoming to families.

Check the locations of the places on these links. Also keep in mind that Great Eastern is used to families and has fish tanks to enchant children.
