Looking for a good brunch at a patisserie with great croissants and dessert, preferably mid-uptown. Has anyone tried the brunch at La Bamboche?

Thanks!

Apparently they now have an Avenue Rd location, and they have brunch....

    2. i haven't done much of a brunch bakery tour because i settled on cigogne and am very happy there. it isn't complicated stuff but the flavours are right. i typically go for their croque madame and tarte flambee (limited time availability) and am quite happy with their pastries.

am surprised bamboche does brunch, didn't think their space allowed for it.

      1. In terms of brunches, you've got the choice of Thobors, La Cicogne, and Jules. Don't know about Bamboche on Avenue, as I haven't tried it. La Cicogne and Jules raise dessert to a fine art, with many selections. Both have comparable croissants. Thobors does'nt have the same selection of desserts, but has some salads, soups and other options. La Cicogne does sandwiches, quiches; while Jule does sandwiches, pizzas, quiches and a few other things. All of them are in a high league for the quality of their breads.
