Honeymoon in Positano 5 nights, Capri 3 nights, and Paris 5 nights
Paris restaurants are booked based on our extensive research on Chowhound, meals will be at Frenchie, Chateaubriand, Mon Viel Ami, Le Dauphin, Bon, Joel Rubuceon L'Atelier, and Rose Bakery.
Any ratings, reviews, or order of preferences for Positano/Capri restaurants listed below? Any treasures that we've missed, even just for drinks...
Capri: Aurora, Villa Verde, Paolino Limoni, and Da Luigi al Fariglioni
Positano: La Cambusa, Chez Black, Cumpa Cosimo, Il Ritrovo, Saracena D'Oro, Don Alfonso (and San Pietro for drinks)

I would add Ze Kitchen Gallerie in Paris, we loved the food, energy/atmosphere and location. I agree that L'Atelier is a can't miss!
In Capri I would not miss Da Gelsomina for lunch (or dinner) - we had a wonderful and well priced meal there with incredibly fresh pasta and veggies - wonderful zucchini flower and the sweetest and most flavorful asparagus I've ever had!
For Positano, I was just recently there and we loved our experience at Don Alfonso (we got there from Sorrento - it's a bit of a hike from Positano!). I've also heard great things about your Ravello selections.
For something more casual, less expensive and yummy in Positano - you could head to Barilotto di Nonno after your drinks at the wonderful Il San Pietro (it is across the street/walking distance). The spaghetti with clams in chili oil was divine! Another casual restaurant we liked was Da Vincenzo - which has a lot of good reviews on Chowhound.
In Positano, on the high end we ate at La Sponda (at Le Sirenuse hotel) which was good, but not as good as Don Alfonso for what you pay...and we tried the restaurant at Il San Pietro while we stayed there. A bit overpriced but very good. The desserts were wonderful.

Wendy,
Would you please elaborate a bit more about the food and experience at Don Alfonso. The restaurant has several bad reviews on Tripadvisor and we are seriously considering reservations for dinner in September.
Did you have the tasting menu and what were some of your favorite dishes?
Thanks!-

Favorite meal in Positano is Next2 and favorite meal in Capri is Aurora hands down. In Paris now, still haven't discovered our favorite meal. Paolini in Capri - The Lemon Tree, was awful, gigantic portions, huge tourist trap, not worth seeing in Capri. We heard Da Geogio and Aurora are the two best in Capri. The pizza at Taverna Del Leone is great in Positano, have drinks first at Il San Pietro and you've got a perfect night. La Sponda is good but overpriced. Laduree hot chocolate in Paris is still the best. In Capri, the hot chocolate is divine at Bar Tiberio...I know it's all over the place, but that's the mid-trip update.

We also enjoyed ourselves at Il Barilotto del Nonno... if they have the chocolate cake for dessert, it is a must (the host practically made us get it, and we were so glad he did). Its a very friendly, casual crowd, and nicely tucked away from the action in "downtown" Positano. We enjoyed Il Ritrovo as well, and Donna Rosa nearby.
We actually were most disappointed with Saracena d'Oro, of all the restaurants along the coast. Its really nothing special, and there are lots of better options. It could just be our luck, but the restaurants just outside Positano (Barillotto, Ritrovo, etc) were much more enjoyable than the ones in the center of town.
If you're going as far as Cumpa Cosimo (in Ravello... not Positano), I'd recommend A Paranza in Atrani (we had a lunch at CC and then slowly made our way downhill to Atrani for dinner), and a bit further afield, Acquapazza in Cetara.
