Salmon and what? Need help please!

We just had a big party to celebrate my daughter's engagement (yay!), and I made pulled pork and bbq brisket for the meats. Now I'm having a big Memorial Day party to celebrate my dad's upcoming 90th birthday party and he wants grilled salmon for sure. Outdoor party. Probably 30 people or so. Other than burgers and brats, what would you have as a "turf" for my salmon "surf?" Many thanks in advance.

        Or consider a big, fat grilled sirloin steak. They cost significantly less than a tenderloin, are much more flavorful, and have a great texture when not overcooked.

            8 lbs boneless sirloin should cover you beautifully, especially as one of two meat entrees. There may be leftovers, but IMO there's nothing like cold steak sandwiches the day after you throw a partay.
