Fresh Rice Noodle Big Sheets

In San Francisco, there are to go dim sum places where it is possible to buy fresh rice noodles. These can be opened up and then it can be filled with char sui, green onions, bean sprouts, etc. Then it is rolled up and sliced. Does anyone know where to get this?

They always have the fresh rice noodles at the Tsu Chong Company Inc. in the International District, where they make them:

They have a storefront on the SE corner of King Street and 8th. Just go in and ask them for the rice noodles. It's cheaper and fresher than the ones in stores.

I've seen them at most of the Asian markets, on a styrafoam tray, clear wrapping, red and black label. At Dong Hing, they are right at the front of the store, across from the cashiers.
