Looking for Chicago Hot Dog Ingredients

Hello,
I am searching for the ingredients for a true chicago style hot dog in the boston north area. Ingrdients include poppy seed hot dog rolls, sport peppers, bright green sweet relish, all of which seem to be very hard to find in my area. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I will second the Windy City Eats recommendation. He has jars of the relish, sports peppers etc. out for sale.

They are located in Weymouth about 15 miles south of downtown Boston.
