A question about Bouchon
It was a sad day in the Phoenix metroplex when wonderful baker Ben Hershberger left for New York, taking his magical, delicious cherry chocolate sourdough bread with him. He left AZ to work at Bouchon.
My boyfriend and I will be in the City next month and while trying to decide where to eat while there, baker Ben's bread popped into my head. We've been having visions of cramming our faces and then bringing armloads of loaves home (ha!). Is he baking this amazing bread now that he's in NYC?
