Rename a topic in the "media" section ...

Is it possible to rename the "top chef Canada" thread (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/781013) to sometihng like :

"Top Chef Canada discussion (All episodes)"

Since there is not much going on in that thread, and creating new threads for each episode is a bit too zealous.

Max, I'm sure you're aware that each poster who starts a post (which may grow in to a thriving thread) makes up their own title for that very first original post. The Chow Team has nothing to do with it, and will never go in and change it on their own volition. Now, if the originating hound asked them to do so, it might (could) happen. But otherwise, it will remain as it began.

Unlike people's posts, which we only edit with permission, we do sometimes edit titles if they're completely non-descriptive, don't mention a specific location on a large regional board, or contain misspellings that will make it hard for people to find the thread using search. We try not to change the intent of a thread via editing the title, though, just make it easier for people to find.

We don't want to dictate whether people can discuss a given show in one thread or in one thread per episode. It seems like that's happening naturally in this case, however, so we'll contact the original poster and make sure he's okay with the change.
