Best Option for High End Food in Hollywood

Taking some clients to dinner this week, and want to know what the best option is for food near the Roosevelt Hotel. I thought that Cleo might work or maybe the Dakota, but I have not heard any other ideas others than these. Let me know what you think!

Providence, Mozza or Hatfields would be the highest end in the area in my book.

I consider my sushi knowledge inadequate compared to the likes of Silverjay and KK. But I do like to eat the stuff.

There are so many great resources on this site (eg everyone in this thread), I'm just trying to do my part and contribute here and there.
