Chowhound Posting Etiquette no longer a "sticky topic" on Minneapolis-St. Paul board?

The usual thread that displays as the first topic on the board is no longer present on the Minneapolis- St. Paul board. If the naming convention was the same as on other area boards, it would have been titled something like "New to the Minneapolis-St. Paul board? Read this first."

I have no idea how long it's been gone; I didn't really notice until I was looking to link to it in a reply to a poster. There are no sticky topics at all.

Was it removed by intention or perhaps by accident? Can it be restored to the top of the board list?

Oh, drat. There never actually was one on that board. Somebody else was writing that one, and I never finished it and posted it. I'll put it on my to-do list.
