Chicken Liver Toast

Anyone know where Spotted Pig gets their chicken liver from?

      Tell me about it. I know they get their other meats from Pat Lafrieda. Just not sure about the chicken liver, but I'm dying to find out...

        It's easily the best I've ever had, and blows away all of the homemade I've eaten over the course of 40-odd years of Passover meals.

        Pulino's does it pretty good, too; have you tried it there?

          Nope. Not much of a Keith McNally fan. More of a political gripe than anything (and I'm not overly political).

          Also a fan of Michael White's chicken liver toast. Was really sad to see Convivio shutter.
