Pizzerias with Housemade Toppings
Hi, all. I'm trying to track down some pizzerias in the Seattle area that have some interesting housemade toppings. So far I've gotten to try the tasty housemade sausage at Serious Pie, the clam-topped pie at Delancey, and the potato-topped pie at Flying Squirrel.
Know of any other good ones in the area?

It is West Seattle, but Phoenecia has amazing wood fired pizza with great toppings. My husband had a fig pizza last night while I had roasted squash. They also have some using local sausages. A great view, wonderful staff and really good food.

Sorry, I am not trying to be dificult but I am not clear on what you want. Last time I checked neither clams or potato qualify as housemade :)

Well, I mean places that don't just get some clams or potatoes and toss them on the pie. At Delancey, the chef cooks the clams, then uses the juices to make a broth that gets drizzled over the pizza. At Flying Squirrel, the potatoes get roasted with certain spices before being sliced and then cooked on the pie. So anything like that, where the toppings are prepared in an interesting way.
