Does anyone know where to get Spanish style chorizo in San Diego or a store that specializes in Spanish food items?
There's a Spanish deli in University Heights called Savory that gets real chorizo from Spain, along with a bunch of other interesting Spanish delicacies.
Do you know where that chorizo meat is sourced from? You know that's important, right?
I didn't say I was eating it, did I?
They have real jamon serrano, though. They eat acorns.
Are the oaks hormone free?
They are free range oaks.
Got to admit, the authentic serrano is out of this world, that, a crust of bread and a glass of vino, nuff said!
Pata Negra also has serrano ham
