Try the new Le 35 at 35 Bd Marinoni in Beaulieu-sur-Mer.

Wow, don't know about this one, Beaulieu. Is this right by the little park with the daily vegetable market? (And the big friendly German Shepherd?) By the little cafes with the few outside tables on the sidewalk? Is it by the boulangerie or on the other side of the street? Basic French cuisine?

Yes, past the market square, just after the chocolatier and across the street from the bakery. The cuisine is French based, but with eclectic touches.

Thank you so much for your recommendation of Le 35. It provided us with one of our best meals in the area, and also some of the warmest and friendliest service of our trip. I'd never have gone without seeing your comment, so as my wife said at the end of the meal "thank you, internet man!"

If you change your post title to the correct spelling Villefranche sur mer, others can also share the info of this thread. (And you can find info on Villefranche much more easily.)
