Good place to talk business over burgers downtown?

Looking for a good place to sit and talk business over beers and burgers/basic food for a few hours on a weekend night. Doesn't need to be fancy, but comfortable ambiance, relaxed staff, and not too much noise is preferable.

Suggestions?

          Burger and Barrel on Houston St is also a good choice.

            I'd recommend Old Town, but it might be a bit crowded on a weekend evening. Real NY ambience, great food and relaxed vibe.

              Old Town wouldn't be my choice. I thought my burger was slightly off, while the fries were limp and tepid.
