Suitable for a group of 5 to 7 ladies... nothing fancy.

And please don't say Cora's.

Do you know of any good dim sum places? I think in my group we have at least 1 vegetarian so they would need to be accomodated.

I think when is comes to dim sum there is no one place that could be recommended above others. However if you are looking in the Richmond Hill/Markham area. I have enjoyed dim sum at Brilliant, Spring Villa, Regal, Emperor. I hae not been to Ambassadors or Celestial Court in more then a year, but I found the picture menu at Celestial Court useful for newbies.
As far as vegetarian goes, dim sum is not ideal, but there are definitely some choices, like veggie dumplings or veggie rice rolls. There will be sweets for sure that are meat free. Another option would be to try one of the chinese vegetarian restaurants that happen to serve dim sum, like Graceful veg restaurant in Richmond Hill. These kinds of place serve no meat at all, so you would be free to order anything from the menu, but some people say that you have to watch out for MSG at these kind of veg places. I have never had a problem at Graceful, but I am not MSG sensitive.
