Pre-Fixe on the Vegas Strip for under $100

I tried searching the Boards (Vegas and Southwest), but the new search function doesn't seem to turn up anything close, so I'm going to give it a shot here.
We're headed off to Vegas for a pre-30th birthday trip the first week of June. We're looking to do a really great dinner one of the nights we're there. A great pre-fixe for under $100 per person would be an ideal meal for me.
We were planning on trying one of the Taste of Wynn meals, but the resort informed us that as of March 2011, the Taste of Wynn is only available at the Clubhouse and Society now. I've been to Charlie Palmer Steak, and loved it, but I'm wanting to try something new.
Please help me pick a fabulous dinner.

  1. We had the Cut of the Week menu recently at Charlie Palmer Steak in the Four Seasons at Mandalay Bay. The food was excellent, and the price is $48 per person, including wine pairings.

Oops. Sorry, I see now that you have already tried Charlie Palmer.

    2. Do you mean $100pp just for food or $100pp for food/drinks/tax/tip?

Anyway, consider Aureole, another Charlie Palmer property. They have a couple tasting menus for under $65-85 or if you eat in the Swan Court they serve their regular menu as a 3 course for $85 (app, main + 1 side, dessert).
They have $50 certs on restaurant.com (look for a coupon code).

      1. Sage has a pre-fixe of $79pp. Big fan of the restaurant.

        1. Just wondering if there any other options. I think I'm leaning towards Sage, myself, but I'm traveling with my cousins, and I want them to have some choices to consider.
I thought Jaleo would have a tasting menu, but according to their reservation line, they don't.
I would love to do L'Atelier, but I think that's probably too avant garde for them.
We'll be dressed up, so it would be great if the restaurant has a vibe to match that.

Some other choices would be the pre theater menus at Le Cirque or Michael Mina in the Bellagio or Mix at Mandalay Bay.

          2. I think we've narrowed it down to the following:
            1. Bradley Ogden
            2. Sage
            3. Sirio Ristorante
Anyone with input? I know that there's already a vote for Sage.

            Thanks for your help.
