Where to buy gelatin

Anyone know? Powder or sheets are fine.

    I like sheets - find them at Surfas. Supermarkets have the small Knox packages but you can also get 1 lb canisters

      Sheets of gelatin? Now that's something I never heard of and it's interesting. How do you use them? I'm guessing you just soak them in water, duh. ;-)

        Sheets of gelatin are better than powder. They usually have high quality.

      Powdered gelatin is readily available in supermarkets everywhere. Look in the pudding section, usually top shelf. Knox is one of the most popular brands.
