Try the raw prawns at the best restaurant in DuPont

Granted, that does not mean a whole lot in a company town like DuPont but a few recommendations at Viva Mexico to spice things up:
Camarones Ahogados- raw prawns in lime juice, onions and jalapenos, served with tosted corn tortillas and pico de gallo
Pollo en Mole- tender chicken in a nutty mole

I'm working through the camarones section of the menu and enjoyed the Camarones Rancheros as well. Looking forward to Camarones al Diablo at my next visit.
