Hillstone (fka Houston's) Santa Monica. No corkage fee. Cha Cha Chicken, also no corkage - not sure that it qualifies as nice, but it is fun.

Any Hillstone Restaurant (Banderas, R+D, Houstons, Hillstone). Some restaurants have hefty corkage, if they have pride in their cellar. IT really depends what restaurants you're considering...

If you are willing to pay corkage, there are only a handful of restaurants in all of Los Angeles who do NOT allow you to bring your own wine. So basically you can go anywhere you want in Santa Monica.
Giorgio Baldi is one of the few restaurants that I have heard of that does NOT allow corkage. Josie has free corkage on Mondays.

La Cachette Bistro, where I had a fantastic meal last night, has $1 corkage on Sundays ($15 normally).
