Might be worth keeping an eye on the Brother Cleve residency Monday nights at Think Tank. He's done at least one Tiki night and in general focuses on exotic cocktails of one stripe or another. Sorry to say I haven't made it by yet, but he spins, too, always great stuff.

Green Street is well-stocked with many real-Tiki essentials, and has one or two listed on their Big cocktail list, like a Zombie (Trader Vic's recipe, I believe.) Excellent cane spirits selection, fresh juices, maybe not so many specialty syrups.

You probably could get Reggie to make you some at the Blue Room when he's working the bar. East Coast Grill has a Tiki room, but I've only availed myself of the make-your-own bloody bar there.

re: Taralli
ECG's tiki drinks are tasty and boozy. Not sure I'd trust going off menu there, though. Green Street and Craigie can do some tiki drinks. When Tommy was still at Craigie he used to make a great tiki inspired drink that used a lime "boat" full of green chartreuse VEP lit on fire.
ECG is the only place that has any sort of tiki vibe, though.
Also look for Brother Cleve's nights at Think Tank; I think he does a tiki night every once in a while there.
