UWS Monday Lunch

Hi
My earlier post only yielded a suggestion for Telepan(closed on Mondays). Any ideas for a festive low key but tasty spot for a birthday lunch with a friend. Cost not as important as food vibe and hopefully diverse wine offerings. TIA Adi

    - Kefi
    - Asiate

    of course there's also The Modern if you're willing to dip into the 50's.
