Birthday Party Venue - for July

Hi! I am looking for a venue for my husband's 40th. I was hoping to find a loft-style place for July that would accommodate about 20-30 people, children included. Any ideas where I can look to find such a place? Will go anywhere from downtown to west island. Price range is less versus more... Thanks!
