I don't know Dubai at all but, you can probably order on-line from Williams-Sonoma in the U.S. if you don't have shops there. They have writing pens. I have purchased various colors from them.

Here in L.A., we also have a restaurant supply shop that sells everything! They'll have the cady melts Merkins is best.

thank you soooo much. I know i can also order from wilton, but since i was looking into making a biz out of cake pops, it will be too expensive to fly them in every time :( i have also tried to get recipe to make it myself but its almost impossible! thankx dear...

Can you get nice chocolates like Valhrona or Callebut or even Nestle's chocolate chips? Melt them and add vegetable oil a little at a time until it's almost like a soup and easy to dip and cover cakes. Then put into freezer to harden. Instead of writing pens, make royal icing and pipe that on the cake pops!
