Termoli/Molise

On one of Lidias TV shows, she spoke of Termoli and Molise and about places along the water that were shacks that sold Pasta like we would sell hot dogs. Does anyone know what and where she was talking about?

Here's more from Termoli. Many of the trabucchi have been abandoned or destroyed by modern construction along the coast, it seems.

They are known as trabucco. (plural: Trabucci). Apparently they can be found on the Adriatic shores of Molise and also along the Gargano coastline, further south, in northern Puglia. Many now hold casual seafood restaurants, or so I have read.
