What happened to Teddy's Lunch in Paterson?

I was driving along Market Street in Paterson recently (first time in a long time) and noticed that Teddy's Lunch, the longtime and much beloved Texas Wiener stand, was no longer there. What gives? Did this place close down entirely, or did it move elsewhere? I have not been able to find any information on its possible closing online, so I was hoping someone here could help me out.

A couple of web sites say that it's closed permanently. No indication that it has moved.

It was open up until a few years ago. I don't know any details, specifics, etc. as to when it closed, why, etc. Sorry. Another classic, landmark place closed.

Day it isn't so! I grew up around the corner from there as a kid and loved the brown gravy fries! I'm retired now and living in Palm Springs, California and was hoping to visit there soon!

Palm Springs California! I spent a week there on a business trip about 6 years ago. I stayed on the Marriott property with the gondola's that acted as a water taxi from the lobby all around the resort property. Let me tell you something it averaged around 105+ each day I was out there......I don't care what they say about a "dry heat" it was hot as hell, I actually was sweating while standing in the pool!

Anyway....the main hotel had an Italian Restaurant in it, name escapes me, they had the BEST fresh mozzarella I have ever had. Do you know the place I'm speaking of?

The Desert Springs Marriott in Palm Dessert...spent 15 straight years going out there during the week of the Bob Hope Invitational. If not mistaken, the restaurant was called Tuscany.....I believe it's gone as well.
