Quebec City over Memorial Day weekend

My boyfriend and I are visiting Quebec City over Memorial Day weekend. Neither of us have been before and we're looking for recommendations for good restaurants and walking tours. We love to eat well but don't want to spend a fortune. Fill us in!

      We're staying at the Manoir Sur le Cap, and we're interested in mid-range bistro for dinner, and good coffee and pastries for breakfasts. thanks for any recommendations!
