I was thinking about doing a wine tour of some kind this summer. After a quick Google search I've realized that there very many wine tour companies to choose from. Has anybody had any particularily good experiences with any of them? Or are there any I should actively avoid?

    Hi Graydyn,

I've tried 2 different Niagara wine tour companies in the past.
One was Crush Wine tours: http://www.crushtours.com/
and the other was Niagara World Wine tours: http://www.niagaraworldwinetours.com/...

They were both great fun and the people were really courteous and professional. In terms of wineries, both tour companies took me to about 4 wineries each. They were all a mixture of more well-known wineries (Henry of Pelham, Reif, etc) and smaller wineries (Featherstone, Marynissen, etc).

That being said, I preferred the Niagara World Wine tour as it was done by bicycle and I am very active.

There is a deal on wagjag for a wine tour which expires in 5 days. Identical one is on groupon also but it ends tonight at midnight. I don't have any experience with this company so I don't know how good it is but it sounds like a pretty good deal.
