Pre-Theater in Tribeca

My wife and I and another couple will be going to The Flea on White Street next Saturday night and are looking for a pre-theater restaurant at 5 PM. Searching Chowhound, I decided on Locanda Verde and was told that they didn't have a single open space--all night.

Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Not too pricey, but if we have too, we can up the ante a bit.

Most Tribeca places I'd recommend don't begin dinner service until 5:30, which is probably cutting it too close for a 7:00 performance. Honestly, I'd suggest having dinner after the show.
