Where to buy beeswax for making caneles?
Does anyone know where I can buy beeswax in the area that would be fit for greasing canele molds (i.e. food grade)? From what I understand, greasing the molds with beeswax and a neutral oil is key. Any ideas?

if no one comes up with something, i would suggest going toClearflour and asking to buy some from them. she's a good person and i bet she'd be happy to do it. there's also a bakery on walnut st in newton- that makes canneles- mentioned in the globe this yr.
