I am on a search for the best thin pizza in the north suburbs.
We keep trying different places and are disappointed.
I like it very thin and crispy.
I would like to hear your favorites.

Lou Malnati;s in Evanston, Lincolnwood among other locations or Pizano's in Glenview thin crusts are my favorites - nice and crispy -

This is wayyyyy thinner crust than Lou's will ever be. I love Lou's but that is not cracker thin crust like at D'Ags. The sauce at D'Ags is slighlty sweet and goes very well with Italian sausage. Order in a medium at the smallest (the personal size crust is never as thin) and eat there for the best experience!

I agree that Dags is very good thin crust. If you like it crispy make sure you order it well done.

Grew up on Quonset Hut pizza - Waukegan.

          Great stuff. Super thin.
