How to Make Tomate Confit
While we can get or make so many French foods here, the one thing that I can not seem to buy or to find a recipe for is tomate confit. I think that it is slow-cooked tomatoes, which become semi-dry and quite sweet. Can anyone help me with a recipe for this treat? Thanks!

I haven't tried it but saw the episode where he made them and they looked pretty awesome. The spices I think are optional. If you don't speak French I imagine Google Translate would work fine.
