Crabs to go in Balto area

I'm thinking of getting a few dozen this weekend for Mother's Day. Any ideas for quality places that have them to go?

Conrads was awesome and near the new house. Crabs were just as good as we used to get at Chris' (and MUCH cheaper)

Now, I have a real problem that no Balto-moron should have. We have almost a dozen left over. They were freshly steamed Sunday afternoon and were put in the fridge an hour or so afterwards.

Could I pick them tonight and make crab cakes, or should I pass up potential food poisoning??!!??

you should be fine, just make sure none smell like ammonia!
Ther crabs at Chris's have really gone up in price, I used to live in Canton and that was my place but the last time I checked it was outragious.

We're on the north side of town, so conrad's looks like a great option. it has been a looong time since i ordered a bushel. Is $250 about right?

you would have to call, it's whatever market price is.

and ask for crab paper, they give it for free when you buy crabs.

Kind of depends on what part of town you're in. In southeast Baltimore I'd recommend Chris' Seafood, on Montford Ave. in Canton.

I didn't specify, but was hoping for somewhere in the Northern burb's
Chris's had some Sunday, but they were almost double the price at Conrad's, Don's and Gibby's

I'll second Conrads as a great option and add Pappas' if you need a backup plan.
