Bloor West recs for after work drinks with colleague?

Looking for somewhere to go for a drink after work with a colleague ... could saddle up to the bar at ViBo, or head to Villa or Sharkey's ... any great places that I'm not thinking of?

Wow?! I assume Earth Bloor West is taking over the 'My Place' location?

Hope it works for them. BWV is such a great area, but that section of the street seems like a dead zone for businesses.

Yes that is the location, the former MY Place. I rarely go out that way to eat but I have friends who live just North and South of the Old Mill so now we'll have a place close by to their homes to go to.

We're going in mid May ... thanks for the intel on this, if it's open, that'll be the spot! BWV IMO is a food wasteland for the most part, so this will be, hopefully, a welcome addition.

I like Shakeys and especially Bryden's in BWV. Awesome local beer list at Brydens, good food at both.
