Tersiguel's would be an interesting option. It's a French restaurant in an old house with lots of rooms and a creative kitchen capable of very fine tasting menus.

Aldo's. I have never been to this restaurant (only his previous), but I've always wanted to have a celebration in the wine cellar built by Aldo himself.
Charleston's , no question. Food is superb, absolute top notch service, but not stuffy. Very elegant and I know they have private rooms. Tasting menu is expensive but totally worth it.
